Our use of building information modeling systems (BIM) & state of the art 3d rendering programs provides our clients with an enhanced understanding of their future buildings. Kerry M. Shahan, AIA: (curriculum)

Kerry began his career early on in architectural design while attending a summer session at Cornell University in 1986 and soon there-after received his Bachelor’s of architecture at the University of Kentucky, College of Architecture in Lexington, KY. that is nationally recognized as an excellent design school.

He has gained a broad range of experience by working in a variety of quality Architectural firms throughout the United States, ranging from Stamford, Connecticut, Asheville, North Carolina, Austin, Texas before settling into Las Vegas, Nevada. His style ranges broadly and is largely influenced by the clients individual vision and goals.

Combining a strong sensibility for design with extensive practical experience in the design, production and construction administration of projects, Kerry has excelled in a broad range of commercial and award winning custom residential projects. He is a registered architect in Nevada, California, Arizona and Texas and a member of the AIA.

Presently working along with excellent professional civil engineers and surveyors at Spectrum Surveying and Engineering, Inc. Spectrum's architectural clients have access and can benefit from a tight integrated approach of both the civil land development and architectural building.
